Writing Refuge
Are you having difficulty finding a dedicated time to write? Are distractions consuming your calendar and focus? Is it time to reconnect with overlooked projects?
The Lydia M. Olson Library will be hosting a Weekly Writing Refuge for NMU faculty members to disengage from their environment and focus on a writing goal. When NMU's campus is open, members gather in a room, disconnected from the internet, to write in collective silence. This refuge offers both a community atmosphere and a sense of accountability for any writer looking for encouragement.
The Weekly Writing Refuge will be held on Fridays in Harden Hall, Room 224 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon. Join us this Friday, March 24, for a time of focus.
