Most of the books on music we hold are on our upper floor. Our records and CDs are on the main floor.
M has sheet music and music recordings.
ML has books about music.
MT has books on studying and teaching music.

The Michigan eLibrary Catalog (MeLCat) is a catalog of the books, audios, and videos from approximately 450 Michigan libraries that you can borrow and request for pick-up at Olson Library. Use MeLCat to quickly request items not owned by NMU or NMU-owned items checked out to another user.
Sheet music can be found in the M section of the library (on the second floor).
To find sheet music in the catalog by instrument, go to Advanced Search and search by Subject for desired instrument or number of instruments (e.g. Piano music, Quartets).

The generally accepted citation format for Music is the Chicago Manual of Style. Consult an electronic version here.
Look for practice GRE tests and preparation material under the College Students tab. The Olson Library also has some older test prep manuals online and in print. To find them, do a keyword search in OneSearch for "GRE".
