We’re excited to share a new subscription offering, Michigan History magazine! Published by the Historical Society of Michigan, Michigan History is geared toward professionals and enthusiasts alike. Read about our state’s diverse history through feature articles and special sections. A wide variety of subject matter, time frames and perspectives are offered while inspiring, educating and entertaining readers. Coverage runs from January 1, 1998 through May 1, 2019.

The New Frontier of Science Fiction

Helmets are now available to check out when using the ASNMU BikeShare at the Lydia M. Olson Library. Helmets are NOT required but recommended. The BikeShare program allows Northern Michigan University students, staff and faculty to check out a bike for a three-day loan period. For any questions about the BikeShare program and/ or helmets, please contact the Olson Library.

Did you know the Lydia M. Olson Library has over 100 graphic novels? Titles in our collection range from Pre-K-12 to adult literature.
