We would like to announce our newest subscription: Academic Video Online (AVON). AVON gives you unlimited remote access to over 66,000 videos crossing almost all disciplines, accessible on- or off-campus. It includes everything from instructional videos, to educational TV shows, to feature-length independent films!
Enjoy the perks of AVON:
- You can search within the media for a specific section or topic
- Professors can link desired segments of the videos to their courses
- Includes theater productions like the Royal Shakespeare Production Company
- Captioning for accessibility is either built-in or free to request
For the Fall 2020 semester, we will be continuing our subscription to Films on Demand; however, that subscription will end and AVON will be our primary source for videos.
