Library Instruction Request Form

Use this form to request a class session led by a library faculty member. Sessions are designed to meet the specific needs of your course and are most effective when students are beginning work on a research-based assignment. This timing helps students apply research skills immediately.

To ensure availability, please submit the form at least 14 days before the desired session date. After we receive your request, a library faculty member will contact you to confirm the session details and discuss how best to support your students.

Instructor participation is required during library instruction sessions.
