During this time of remote learning, we want to support your time away from the lab. The following is a list of laboratory simulation resources. These resources are freely available, potentially for a limited time.

OneSearch has been upgraded and NMU librarians are here to help!

During the physical closure of the Lydia M. Olson Library due to COVID-19, we encourage the use of our ebook collection. Bruce Sarjeant has created a video to guide you.

The Lydia M. Olson Library website will be offline for maintenance Sunday, June 7, 10:00 am - 11:00 am EST. During this maintenance window, users will be unable to access the site. 

During the system maintenance, you will be unable to access electronic journals and full-text articles, or properly search databases. We appreciate your patience while the system receives updates. Full functionality is planned to return after 90 minutes.

Olson Library has many platforms to offer resources and services to patrons. But did you know we have a YouTube channel?

You can now access your individual library account and the new OneSearch. This update will make your search experience easier and more intuitive. Please note that there is no longer a separate search for Olson Library catalog items--the search is now integrated to give you a full set of results, including items available via MelCat.

As we continue to process our library resource management system, we've encountered some minor issues. We're working on things, and hope to have resolution soon. 

You may find items that you've physically returned via mail or in person to NMU Campus Police in your account. There are many items that have not been processed yet. Please be assured that we have extended all due dates and will process those items before they are due. No fines will be assessed due to the COVID-19 closure.

As we make our final move to this new system, patrons will be unable to access individual Library accounts, OneSearch, and our online catalog. This will be completed on Wednesday, May 13.
