AIS 101: Introduction to Information Resources (1 credit)

During this 7-week online class, students will learn how to use resources such as the library catalog, databases, online sources, government documents and journals. AIS 101 will provide an ease in creating a bibliography. Recommended for freshmen and sophomores.

 

AIS 295: Citizenship, Activism and Power (3 credits)

Dr. Emera Bridger Wilson will lead students in an examination of how  information shapes our everyday lives, and how critical information literacy can be used to promote civic engagement and community empowerment.
