Visit the Lydia M. Olson Library YouTube channel to view a new video upload the book talk held by writer, teacher and speaker, Arnie Bernstein.
As part of the Americans and the Holocaust exhibition, Arnie Bernstein offered a virtual discussion his novel, "Swastika Nation: Fritz Kuhn and the Rise and Fall of The German-American Bund". This discussion highlighted many of the main concepts of Bernstein's novel, as well as how these historical trends are being represented in current society.
In October 2022, the Lydia M. Olson Library was selected as one of 50 U.S. libraries to present the touring version of the Americans and the Holocaust special exhibition, which opened in April 2018 at the Museum in Washington, D.C., during the Museum’s 25th anniversary.
