The Principal Account Clerk for Library Instructional Support oversees the ordering, receiving, and payment of library materials, including print, digital, and multimedia resources, while managing budgets and resolving payment or delivery issues. This full-time, continuing position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and three years of accounting-related experience or relevant education. Key skills include proficiency in accounting practices, data entry, financial reporting, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Library acquisitions experience and familiarity with systems like ExLibris Alma are preferred. The role offers a salary of $15.55 per hour with a traditional Monday–Friday schedule.
